Information for Parent/Guardian

Catch Sport collects information from all registered athletes in order to match them to registered sponsors. We recognise that there is an inherent risk in providing information online especially for young people. Therefore we insist that any athlete under the age of 18 who wishes to register to use our service does so with the consent of a parent/guardian.

If you would like to proceed please provide the information requested below. By doing so you are agreeing that you are the parent/guardian of the User attempting to register. Your User Name will be associated with the registering athlete and you will be sent an email requesting authorisation for this account to become active. You will also receive emails requesting the authorisation of any changes to this User’s Online Profile.

Each time you receive such a mail you will be required to visit the Catch Sport site to authorise any activations/amendments. You will require your User Name and password to do so.

Please note:-

- these measures have been put in place for the protection of all users to this site especially those under the age of 18 years.  Furthermore, those under the age of 18 will be restricted from entering certain information such as their postal address;

- sponsors that have subscribed to Catch Sport Ltd will be able to perform online searches for athletes but only on a NO-NAMES basis;
