SEPTEMBER 2009 Press Release - Opus Energy use Catch Sport services to sponsor European Silver medallist gymnast
Opus Energy, a leading supplier of electricity to the business sector, has recently signed up gymnast Daniel Keatings as their sports ambassador. The sponsorship deal will aid Daniel in his preparations for London 2012 and help Opus Energy inspire its staff and the local community.
Keatings, who is 2009 All Round European Silver medallist and Pommel Horse Bronze medallist as well as an Olympic finalist in Beijing, currently trains full time and is well into the London 2012 cycle. Opus Energy's Managing Director, Charlie Crossley Cooke recently said, “We are delighted to be sponsoring such a world class athlete in their preparation for the London 2012 Olympics. Opus Energy believes strongly in supporting the local community and encouraging young talented individuals to reach their full potential. The sponsorship for Daniel will enable him to focus on his training and preparation, for what will be the pinnacle of his career.
